Service Description

A 6-week course to release tension in the body and mind. This is a fun, friendly and welcoming space where you will flow between the floor and your feet, shaking loose tension and creating space in your body. Liberty interweaves elements from breath-work, yoga, QiGong (pronounced 'chee-gong') and other practises to explore the body and move towards balance. With self-awareness and transformation at heart, this class will encourage you to listen to your body and invoke a sense of inner acceptance and peace. No prior experience necessary. This is an open, fun and non judgmental space
