A delisciously nutritious desert , by Granny Rosie
Does anyone want a healthy pudding?
I use fruit from garden. Blackcurrants/raspberries/plums/apples all stewed together with small amount of sweeter (or sugar).
You can get bags of berries from freezer section in supermarket.
I then layer this wonderful fruit with no fat yoghurt (I use skyr)
to make a fabulous pudding!
